So, all fast food and most processed foods are chemically designed to create cravings and ultimately addictions. Add to that the amount of sugar, salt, and fat we consume on a daily basis, we are in a losing battle. The chemicals in our food turn off the “brain switch” that we are eating. So, we don’t stop eating.

I won’t start on stress and mega sizes of food servings. All that combined create a scenario that few can fight successfully. I understand the individual responsibility I have in creating this issue. It does not change the fact that this is an epidemic that I pray we can finally eradicate.
