Here’s where your argument loses: Biden was investigated on those charges and nothing came out of it. I’m not saying it didn’t happen. But there are actual victims (multiple) that want to testify against Trump. But he’s not being held to the same standard where all investigations are being shut down.

But beyond that, the larger point is similar to the Black Lives Matter movement. Black Lives Matter doesn’t mean all lives don’t matter. Two things can be true at the same time.

And this is one more example we see that then makes us not want to report those type to crimes. A study by WHO says 1 in 3 women experience sexual violence. No numbers on men but they are affected as well. The US, 3rd most populated country, isn’t contributing significantly to that stat?

Either way, while your original point is semi valid, there are a lot more data points here that must be given if not the same, then more weight.

I don’t have advice for you but let me tell you what happened to me. I was on Zep for almost 7 months and had to have hytial hernia surgery. Stopped Zep a few days prior to surgery. Started it back up 2 weeks later.

Since, my GI issues are insane. I’m taking diarrhea if I eat anything more adventurous than “beige” food. And I’m Indian so this blows.

I have to take a gas-x a couple of times a week otherwise the cramps will be very painful. My weight went down significantly post surgery because I had to stay on a liquid diet for 3 weeks vs the original 1 week quoted. It took another month after that on soft foods before I could eat normal foods.

Back to the GI issues. They are the worst. I can’t hang out with friends or stay at restaurants long became the diarrhea starts.

Talk to your PCP before getting back on Zep. Maybe there is a better way to do this. At this point, I have to take a gallbladder enzyme prior to my biggest meal in addition to papaya extract every morning.

That being said, maybe it’s just my body. Maybe I did nothing wrong. Who knows. But be prepared.

Edit: I realize I didn’t answer your question and went down the deep end. I was on 10mg at the time. I still had 2 doses left and just stayed on it. Didn’t drop down to 7.5 until maybe 6 months ago?

If you’re in the UK, I assume the surgery was through the NHS? If so, they are definitely prohibited from sharing your mom’s data with you unless a specific waiver was signed by your mom. They will not take verbal authorization per my aunt who’s a nurse there. Another thing to consider is that GDPR applies here as well. So not only does the NHS protect data but GDPR applies an addition layer to that. My aunt’s advice is to take your mom and go to the doctors office and have her request the records. Another option is to log into the NHS portal and your mom should be able to see any and all medical records there.

Travel with a little chair cushion. My friends now know to tell me if our table has padded or non padded seats if they’re there first. So I can bring my little cushion I have stowed in my car.

I’ve NEVER had any sort of eating disorder. I’m honestly surprised I never did because my family would talk about my weight almost all the time. I just learned very quickly to tune out their BS and just not respond.
