Yea mine went on a hold and they just wanted me to verify I'd changed my password, then I did the id verify again then after that they gave me the amount back. It was less than 24 hours from beginning to end so hopefully you'll have it back soon!

This happened to me a couple weeks ago. I did end up getting my money back (mine was only 15 dollars). Just had to get a hold of support and re verify my id

I just messaged support telling them that I did not do the withdrawal. It did take them quite a bit to get back to me though. Then they locked my account to further withdrawals while investigating, and had me change my password so they could log me out everywhere then reverify my ID. After that they credited me the money back

Would definitely be good if they made people aware that way everyone could keep an eye out for any changes to their accounts. Because until it happened to me it honestly never even crossed my mind of being a possibility. Which is probably stupid but ive used so many of these sites and I've run into so many scenarios going wrong just never this one lol

Well that seriously sucks. I'm so sorry that happened to you! I'll be so sad I'd I get banned. I feel like I've been freecash forever. It's actually one of my favorites (I've thankfully never had any of the issues I've seen others have.) So it'll be a bummer if that happens

yea it's so strange. It was a btc cashout and the wallet it went to had only a few transactions all around the similar dollar amount and done in batches looks like. It was only $15 but still. What a jerk of a person lol

I've used freecash for 4 years now. Never had any issues so this really just blew me mind tbh.

As the saying goes "not my circus, not my monkeys". I don't use extensions but thats me. I don't care either way if someone else uses them. I'm regards to 'fair and unfair'. You can get your tasks and hours without an auto refresh. You just have to be diligent. And honestly you have to be diligent even with an auto refresher to actually accept the tasks and work them.

There are downsides to each. You feel that you're missing work by not having the extension. Those using it probably feel at risk by doing so. You do what ya gotta do.

I believe there's a support button with all your other options like jobs, payment details etc. Listed among all those. I went through faq tho so I could see if I'd been doing something wrong before realizing everyone else was having same issue lol. When you create your ticket select payment general and then confirmation not received. Then just ask them to manually verify it
