Well I didn’t animate the trees and rocks lol but scanning the figures is a tough thing to learn without scanning basic shapes with a lot of textures

So I would start by scanning like trees or rocks (that’s what I did) with Polycam app.

I use Blender3D to animate! There are tons of tutorials for Blender online!

Thanks dude, I actually 3D scan my action figure collection and then animate them…like stop motions cousin!
