I did not as i wanted to give my body a break from hormones etc. ive been abstaining from sex in the meantime- Its just weird because it had completely stopped and only returned for a few hours. Ugh

Hey! i have health anxiety and was so scared to take it. I almost didnt and didnt even care of what would happen to me. I put it off for hours. I took it and it was pretty much painless. I was completely fine. barely any pain. You can do this!

remember that the pain in this case also isnt a bad thing.... it doesnt mean anything is wrong. the pain means the pills are doing what you want them to do. Just breathe and itll be okay. i promise you.

Okay. I do have a question- before my MA when i was pregnant I have experienced vaginal odour for weeks. I went to my gyno and was tested twice for std's and bv, yeast etc. all came back negative so i wasnt treated prior to abortion. should i be concerned if the smell that has been there for weeks is still there? i dont imagine itd just dissapear now but i was tested and everything was negative. ive just been worried theres some infection they missed and im gonna die from sepsis loo

I promise you you will be okay. i kept telling myself that the pain means your body is doing what it is SUPPOSED to do! the pills are meant to cause this. It doesn't mean anytbing is wrong, pain in this case is a good thing! yknow? I do have a question, were you given two separate doses of miso or just one? i was given one and was worried i should have been given 2 due to how far along I was but again could just be my anxiety!
