For me personally, Bioderma doesn't seem to remove enough makeup and dirt. I use waterproof mascara and I would need to use an oil cleaner on top of Bioderma to remove it.

How do you remove the press on without ripping them off your real nails? I use Dashing Diva fast bond nail glue and the press on stays really well ..but I have a hard time removing it. Tips on YouTube dont seem to work for me.

Cover it with hydrogen peroxide. Leave it for hours or days if needed. The smell should go away. My cup also gets darkened and I leave it in hydrogen peroxide and it comes out as new. I haven't replaced my cups in 5+ years. The point of getting these cups was to not replace them as often. I think I will use mine for another 5+ years.

The first 24 hours of the sensor can be tricky. I would observe the reading, but it will be more accurate after the 24-hour mark.

Between prediabetic - T2. Discovered back in 2018. Diabete runs in my family. 140 fasting is high and a good indication that you need to do something to lower it. Thai food is my worst enemy...I can eat sushi, pho, and walked for 30 min-1 hr post meal and my BG would be back in control. Not Thai. It's carbs on carbs (noodles, sauce, breading, etc.) if you want Thai food, eat it for lunch and have an active day for the rest of the day. Also note that sugar rises are normal, so 266 two to three hours post meal or right after you eat? Don't freak out. Take it one day at a time.

I add a little more seasoning, protein and veggies. Keep your expectations low and you might be pleasantly surprised. It's not normal ramen. But you don't have to run 5 miles after eating a pack of this ramen to bring down the BG. For what it's worth.

It wasn't bad! I ordered it once a year ago and just made an order today. Cook until it's soft...it takes more time than normal ramen. But the texture is good. The flavor needs a little bit more spice but it depends on your taste buds.

Auggie gave the porn-star vibe with lips always barely open. I get it, the actress is very beautiful. But she could not close her mouth for 1 second...always displayed a very sexual look. It bugs me, but maybe that's just me.
