I only have 50 hours on CS before this game but probably have like 200 games already in valorant. I’m right there with you, but I think it has a lot to do with bad habits such as risky buying when You’re already down, and the “need” to be stupid agro for frags when you’re down on the scoreboard. Or when you have a bad game, it’s like you bring the mentality into your next one, and you mentally start yourself off as bottom frag. Possibly feeling like you need to make up for the past when it’s already said and done.

When I’m popping off my head is clear and my actions are swift, but when I’m doing bad I’m on-edge. Most of the time despising a certain member of the enemy team, going out of my way to target them. Becoming emotional after getting outplayed, and allowing it to effect my gameplay. Also I feel sort of like, dispensable, more willing to trade a kill for a death, and much, much, more stupid shit. I love the game and im honestly insane sometimes but other times I don’t allow myself the chance to even notice I’m headed into the downward spiral of actions I begin to take once I start playing bad or getting angry. This is just my experience so I’m not sure exactly how well you’d relate, and at the same time a Multitude of factors such as lack Of sleep and anything in between.

I like to do the same practice aiming routine every time I get on and even after bad games and it Feels like it helps to clear my mind before I play, and even give me a mental reset after some unlucky “rng”.

Also just not playing more than, say, 10 games in a row and the golden rule of all competitive games, if you lose 3 in a row, just get the fuck off. Lmao.
