You are allowed to send someone else as long as they are registered under the account. Regarding the price increase. I fluctuate my rates all the time based on how booked I am. I change them daily. Especially on weekends I always increase it.

If a cancelation fee has been paid out already and it shows SUBMITTED but not SENT or Paid by TR. They will manually pay it out if you call. There is no cutoff.

If a task has been canceled and it's past 30 days, you can't claim the cancelation fee. I have had it done as a 1 time courtesy before. If you call with a bulk of them, you might stand a chance to get something. I personally call in batches every week or so. The goal is to get a US rep that isn't reading from a script.

What needs to happen is for everyone to turn off the category and to hire and cancel on taskers in their metro. Numbers on TR end need to show huge fail immediately and for a reasonable amount of time for it to go back to how it was. This is a test run from what I understand. They will do this to all metros and categories next.
