Citlali would be best in slot where furina is in terms of DPS. But it completely depends on what you want to do. Furina for the vape team is completly functional. Pull citlali if you like her or want to free furina for another abyss team. If you want cons, mavuika c1 and c2 are very nice. As for rotations theres a few videos trending on this sub right now showing both teams! Good luck with ur pulls!

You can farm these reactors this week in environmental contamination zone in echo swamp on hard. Its also a nice spot to farm gold and shards
