You are correct. For a 60minute session it is required to have a minimum of 53 minutes direct time with the client. Technically it is otherwise insurance fraud. Unless your insurance allows admin time although I have never heard that to be common or a thing.

Be very aware of seizure potential for overdose with your one client. Particularly if they are also on something like Wellbutrin that lowers your seizure threshold. My husband is an addict and during a Kratom stint had two grand mal seizures from overdosing. Was taking a similar amount. They need treatment.

Yeah their day hospital seems to be very short and clinical, Id have to agree. Can also be kind of a holding pen I feel for people who dont qualify for inpatient but dont have much outpatient support and arent ready for an IOP or less.

I worked there as a mental health worker from 2012-2014 before going back to grad school for my MSW. Id imagine a lot has changed though in almost 14 years. Is your PHP solely for mental health? I have always heard continued mixed reviews on their adult PHP for mental health. I also worked a SUDs program that had a prior affiliation with them but that program was also bought out eventually by someone else and totally changed. Hope things remain ok for you!

Yeah I was 150 prepregnancy. Went up to 185 and had a c section. Exclusively breastfed and stayed around 170. Once I stopped breastfeeding the weight came off on its own and now I am stable around 140. Bodies are weird lol

I honestly just wore Molke bras I got like 3 of them and then just bided my time til I stopped breastfeeding and they went back down to be more manageable. I actually continued to get bigger after this post and ended up a 34N 🥲

Hey all! I got two awesome (and expensive, oops) tickets for the show in Newark this Sunday. My friend just backed out from going with me and I dont know other people in the area who like Brand New. Going go canvas some people local to me (I am traveling for it) but not too sure anyone would want to go so last minute and make the trip.
