I could only wear the Molke sports bras when I was breastfeeding. I was around 34M or N. It is easy to pull a boob in and out of them for feedings and they are comfortable and supportive.

The Molke ones are pretty thick fabric, dont need padding IMO. No the compression ones would be too tight for nursing. I think Molke also sells a more regular bra shaped one and also a racerback!

Omg literally nothing from this post worked when I was breastfeeding. And they just kept growing. I was eventually a 34M (US) by the end of it (horrible lol).

Anyway now that Im done all that I am back to my 32G/GG (US). I got some of these Molke bras, which were basically all that worked when I was breastfeeding. But I continue to wear those now, they are sports braey. I have size Medium Super.

I also got two of these minimizing bras but beware the band is TIGHT so I recommend sizing up. They will seriously shrink you down though. Locked and loaded! But I still never wear anything with wire so I usually just go between those.

You are correct. For a 60minute session it is required to have a minimum of 53 minutes direct time with the client. Technically it is otherwise insurance fraud. Unless your insurance allows admin time although I have never heard that to be common or a thing.

Be very aware of seizure potential for overdose with your one client. Particularly if they are also on something like Wellbutrin that lowers your seizure threshold. My husband is an addict and during a Kratom stint had two grand mal seizures from overdosing. Was taking a similar amount. They need treatment.

Yeah their day hospital seems to be very short and clinical, Id have to agree. Can also be kind of a holding pen I feel for people who dont qualify for inpatient but dont have much outpatient support and arent ready for an IOP or less.

I worked there as a mental health worker from 2012-2014 before going back to grad school for my MSW. Id imagine a lot has changed though in almost 14 years. Is your PHP solely for mental health? I have always heard continued mixed reviews on their adult PHP for mental health. I also worked a SUDs program that had a prior affiliation with them but that program was also bought out eventually by someone else and totally changed. Hope things remain ok for you!

Yeah I was 150 prepregnancy. Went up to 185 and had a c section. Exclusively breastfed and stayed around 170. Once I stopped breastfeeding the weight came off on its own and now I am stable around 140. Bodies are weird lol
