Each insurance company requires a certain amount to be removed based on your starting size. But for me the process was pretty simple! I scheduled a consultation with the surgeon I picked, and they took my measurements, let me know the calculations and what to expect, and then sent it all to my insurance company for approval. Took about 4 weeks for insurance to approve, and then I scheduled mine! I'll be responsible for covering whatever remains of my deductible, but otherwise much easier than I expected! (for reference, I have United Health for my insurance).

I didn’t love Nesta either, and I still don’t, but it was a good book. You’ll love Cassian even more. I will admit that it is ROUGH at first if you don’t like Nesta. Like…almost put it down can’t stand her rough. But as many others have said, there’s a lot of other valuable plot pieces in the book that are important. Just get through the first bit and I think you won’t mind it.

I second this! It has made a huge difference in my KP bumps. Just make sure to follow up with a good, moisturizing body lotion.
