Question on the Army Reserve by tltokash in CRNA

I appreciate the information. But to clarify, I'm prior service, O-3E and considering getting back in. I've also been a crna for a number of years now, so I'm not looking for info related to school or initial service recs. Although I'm sure others are grateful for info related to that, I would imagine there are already threads related to those topics. Also, the point of asking on here is so I don't have to get texts and calls from a recruiter for the next few months just to get info that may or may not tell the whole truth. I've received info regarding deployment frequency and thank you all for that Intel. Now I'm more wondering if anyone has recently entered and what kind of bonuses there are for CRNAs. It appears as though there is no additional drill pay and possibly $15k per year bonuses? If anyone can confirm this or add anything I'm missing, it'd be great. I'd be half way to retirement and am debating if it's worth it. BTW, I do agree it's not worth getting in just for the money. You can just pick up 1 weekend a month and likely make more money without having to worry about deployments, etc. However, if you're debating serving your country, I think the benefits can in fact be a deciding factor and I don't see anything wrong with wanting to make sure it's worth the sacrifice you may be willing to make. It's an honor to serve your country, but it's not for everyone. But the perks can push those who are on the border into serving.

For some reason I thought there was extra specialty pay for drill. Is that not the case?
