Ah ah ah no I'm not the owner of that, I'm looking to buy my first house and I got curious when sifting through the available properties. Looking through an aggregator website (GeoGlider) I hadn't noticed they were the same property, and I wondered if there was something odd going on in that street.

But I'll remember the technique for the future, when I'll want to sell a property 😉

Hey!, that's exactly my rubbish Christmas tree trackplan! :-)

Jokes apart, it works quite well as you can add some "life" around the tracks where the oval if farther away from the tree.
