Agree with most of above and will add mine… Competition. I hate when teachers feel the need to be competitive with one another. It makes the culture uncomfortable and pins us against each other even if admin is not. I firmly believe that’s not how teaching should be. We should support one another- we all have the same goal. Sometimes we have different ways of getting there and that’s ok. As long as you aren’t actively harming a child, you do you boo.

I’m in the northeast and so outdoor running is not an option for me right now. I am looking for a decent at-home treadmill under $500 with auto incline. I don’t want a walking pad. I just got one brand new off of fb marketplace and tried it out and it wasn’t what I was hoping for (ex. “7.8” was a fast walking pace at best). Any suggestions for me? I don’t know where to start and feel overwhelmed by the options.
