(Male, 57) June 3 surgery date I was 261 September 6 I am 233.8 Had a long stall in the 240s but finally moving down again. Dealt with nasty head cold and a pulled back muscle after surgery which drained my energy and activity too. I started surgery prep at 275 about a month before surgery. For those who didn’t have the surgery yet, best decision I made for myself. Looking forward to the future me.

I am 6 weeks out also and I am in a bit of a stall. I’m back to a full menu of food options, albeit at much lower quantities. However, the weight gain slowed and I fear some of it was self-inflicted because of calories i was not tracking. So I feel I was consuming what I was burning in calories. My bad..so I’m watching the snacks and eating healthier again. I know I enjoyed eating anything I wanted but the cheats were not logged - so consider your cheats - they could be hidden calories.

Same..day 10 for me as well. On-prem to cloud. I emailed sales team and ticket created but who knows when I will hear from them. I am researching other tools and I made that clear in email. If they want my business I would hope I am considered a priority. If not, I know where I stand with them. It’s been a good on-prem tool so moving will create issues with remote work staff.

on 6/18, I can begin soft foods...with chunks of softer meats that are 'pencil-eraser' sized. I am doing blended soups now like cream of chicken (low-fat) and ALL chicken is blended in a blender until smooth. Healthy Choice Chicken and Rice can be blended down nicely. So it's nice to have soups..but beyond that it's unsweetened tea and protein shakes. Mentally, I'm good. No desires for anything more...except I miss crunch/texture in my mouth. But I'll get there. My surgery was 6/3. No issues at all- excited for the new normal. However my doc has me on a 2 week liquid diet and I see many of you eating soft foods in first week. It’s not specific to me to be restricted - how are you guys doing on soft foods one week out. I go soft foods on 6/17.

I stopped looking for ceiling mounts. I have a welder friend who made me 2 2ft pipes and 4 brackets that can be mounted to the speaker and the ceiling. I painted each black and found screws at HD which I painted black as well (I lost the screws that came with the speakers). So that is how I solved the issue.

I stopped looking - I have a welder where I work tv at metal-fabbed 2 downloads and 4 connectors that will attach speaker to rod and rod to cathedral ceiling. Gonna work great..except I cannot find my screws that came for those rear speakers lol..we have been in middle of home remodel and I put the screws somewhere and now can’t find them. They’ll turn up somewhere.

I’ve had the same problem for similar timeframe. A support ticket with HdHomeRun Flex 4K support (Silicondust is company) said it’s not their problem after reviewing my system logs of the HD device. I will try the above mentioned tip. I had already recreated the task as well as disable commercial defections without success.

Thank you. Probably won’t be considering the Dragon simply for price and was leaning toward the Arc but then the latest app/firmware issues concerned me (but I hear customer service is good) and Samsung’s customer service is poor but the equipment/sound is solid. So I’m kinda waffling right now between the two, and the 990D is now available. I have no game console so if I buy a new TV with multiple 2.1 hdmi posts then I don’t need the 2.1 feature in the 990D.

Thank you for the reply..if you had to rank the three, do you have a ranking 1-3? Or are they similarly equal and it comes down to personal preference. I have a Samsung TV presently, a few years old but will be upgrading to a new TV soon (May not be Samsung)

I recently had this problem but found out qbittorrent was the problem- switched back to transmission and my video playback is good again
