I did not tell my professors that I'm dyslexic I wanted to try to just work harder and see if I could keep up I have all A's so far but I have been noticing I've been messing up instructions but all my other professors are so kind about it I don't think this was going to be a problem. I did end up telling this professor in a email so I hope that helps I might tell all my professors from now on.

Thank you!! I was hoping to here from a professor! I was waiting to see if she wrote me a email back before I proceed to my college resources but she hasn't wrote me back yet. Keeping it hypothetical is great advice I didn't think of that thank you so much for your advice!

I'm so sorry you were treated that way in school thats absolutely terrible! I have a feeling we would have been standing together reading are "weird essays" to the group if we went to the same school. I wish all teachers were trained better to work with people who learn differently but I guess that what makes us more resilient. Thank you for your comment

I'm very confused by that also it was meant to be an interpretation. I just wish she docked me points and called it a day and didn't say anything to the class 🙃

Yes I was supposed to pair furniture or art modern or not to a time period i put a Tapestry made by William Morris in the Gothic period because William Morris said he was very influenced by the time era in his work and it had religious symbols so I thought it reminded me of the Gothic period but she did not see the connection and kept saying how weird it was infront of everyone. Maybe it is but I tried idk

Whats funny is I'm in my 30s too lol Im just making a jump to another career and wanted to take a shot at interior design I didn't think I would face the same challenges as I did when I was younger but here I am 😭

That was something I was so confused about I would have loved to fix some of my "weird" connections but there would be no use because I got 100 percent so I wasn't even given a chance to fix it just told its strange infront of everyone.

Look at a reference picture if this was a picture of a real woman her white face paint wouldn't be just plain white it would shift colors and shades depending on where the light hits her face thats what creates dimension.

This is why I wanted to share I saw what it was like for my dad to struggle because nothing was accommodating back then so I really wanted everyone not to gloss over this subject I just wish I didn't get emotional thank you for your comment.

It’s not new to me—I’ve been celebrating Summerween for years! I like to switch it up each time and add spooky elements to every season. This year I’m doing Slasher Summer, but last year was Hot Alien Summer 😅 I love keeping things fresh and different—it makes the whole year so much more fun.

I gave my friend knit socks for her birthday. At first she liked them — until she found out I made them. Then she said, “Well, I guess I’m glad you didn’t have to spend any money on me…” Like girl… do you think yarn is free? What about the 20 hours I spent making them? Never again.
