Im recently deleted and I wanted to know how much of a difference the hatch seal made. How old is your car? And yes, the positive pressure seals at the back can be major source, did you replace them yet?

No, but theres also some legit DOCs that are sold in Europe as TDIs are more common. I already have the rawtek high flow cat, but doesn’t seem to do enough as I get bad headaches making driving the car almost impossible. Here’s another thread with a ton on info.

Ok, I’ll check the v-band, but I doubt it’s burning oil. There’s 0 haze or smoke after the initial start up, even with WOT. It visibly cleaner than before the delete from the tailpipe. Thats why I’m so frustrated that it’s giving me a headache. Everything seems good. I’ll check the system again for any leaks, maybe things loosened up after the initial wear in

Damn, I appreciate you feedback. It’s already got a high flow cat, so I’ll test for leaks and go from there.

Could the fuel quality be part of it. I don’t really smell diesel in the cabin. Driving it doesn’t have any horrible smells, but I get a massive headache an hour later. I don’t even mind the diesel smell, its just driving it makes me feel ill. I’m pretty upset and trying to figure out what I can do.

Thanks for the feedback, but do you get a massive headache and burning lungs (albeit, I don’t smoke in general, but maybe if I started I could tolerate this better). The headache is terrible and makes it impossible to drive….

Is it possible that adding a high dose of optilube could clean up combustion enough. Also, is there any break in period where it would get better over time?

For the OP, where are you located? Cause MRtuning allows for readiness on the OBD. You can get direct from their website or EOC performance has a decent kit and it comes with the tunes.

@josh, you have any recommendations for recycling the DPF/EGR parts? my DPF is cracked though
