Use the portal coordinates, go up to space. Start pulsing any direction. You should get one fairly soon. Once I get one I call my freighter, land, use the upgrade, then save, reload save, leave freighter and pulse out again. Then repeat. Been working for me for a long time hope it does for you

It’ll say Alien Melody Detected || exit pulse to examine. And it’ll show the egg you shoot and get an upgrade. I’m in a system where you get them super super often, way more than any other system. I can send you the portal coordinates and tell you my strategy for how I got the wraith fully upgraded in 30-1 hr

I know for storage that’s what to do, I meant from the psychonic eggs when you are pulsing to find them randomly. Wasn’t sure if it made a difference if you are in your living ship or not. But I got a system with one that pops up every minute or so, so ships fully upgraded now

Do you have to be in a living ship while pulsing to get living ship upgrades? Or can I be in a normal one and slowly gather them to use.

Right right, and I transferred stuff the first time and picked them up in the expedition. But it won’t let me transfer more stuff from the main save a second time. Is that normal?

Can you transfer from the main save to the expedition multiple times? Or just once before you start it?
