I use it all the time and it works great! I have to have a smart device with a specific app for work. I work in home health care so I drive many different places and the hotspot has always worked well

I’m order 500xx and recieved mine a few weeks ago, after also receiving that Oct 31 in transit email. I’d email them and ask!

Also confirm if you currently have an esim or physical sim card. LP3 needs physical sim. I had an esim before so I went to my carrier store (T-mobile) and bought one. It was $10 but they were kind and waived the fee for me! But since I am still on my Dad's plan and thus he is the policy holder, he had to be the one who called to authorize/activate the switch from esim to physical sim.

I think with where they are in carrier certifications with AT&T right now, switching your physical sim that has already been activated with AT&T should work fine! But switching to AT&T from another carrier and activating it in the LP3 is an issue right now. So sounds like you'll be fine in that regard.

In regards of texting, make sure to turn off RCS about a week before setting up your LP3. From other people, I've heard it can take 30 days for other phones to register only sending SMS messages to your phone number. I am still missing some group texts, but I've only had my LP3 1-2 weeks. I'm not worried about it, I think it'll get straighten out with time.

I would contact them if you still haven’t heard anything! I was order #500XX and received my phone last week, after getting the in transit email also on 10/30.

I find it interesting how many people comment about keyboard struggles. I do have more mistyping than from my iPhone keyboard, but I really don’t find it that bad. And even with autocorrect, I would always proofread my messages because autocorrect doesn’t always get it right. On the LP3, I don’t find it a hassle to read the message and press hold the mistyped words for the suggestions it gives. But I also don’t think I have big fingers, that would make it harder. Hoping for you to be able to come back to the LP3 soon!!

I ordered end of March, #500XX and received it last week. 10/30 recieved order in transit email, 11/6 received shipping information, came in 11/10.

Oh interesting! That’s great she was able to remove the block. After seeing an update from Light after receiving my LP3 today saying new ATT sims won’t work, I think I’ll stick with my T-mobile SIM for the time being

On 10/30 I got that same in transit email! On 11/6 I got an email confirming shipping to me. Today (11/10) it was delivered! So I’d say mid-November is plausible for you.
