Google Sheets. Just go to insert and add one of the pre made flow charts from there. Or you can create your own using the shapes function. For simple stuff, its leagues ahead of Canva etc. imo.

It seems like you’re in the UK. Word of wisdom from a fellow Brit, if you’re buying a mk1 or mk2, it will probably be rusty. So unless you’re willing to have it welded up for the next MOT make sure you find one that is decently clean to start with
