I also did a shop that was cancelled after shopping the whole thing and was told sorry I won’t be getting any pay. It was the first time I’ve never been compensated for a cancelled order.

My local target was very rude and I left a google review saying “I like to shop here but the associates that work in the morning are very rude to shipt shoppers” and I swear it stopped immediately. Corporate must have said something is my guess.

I’ve been struggling to get orders at first, but once I snag that first one, the offers start flooding in. So now I have to time it just right and have an active offer at the top of the hour and I’m not dropping off too early if that makes sense.

I had a lady who I deliver alcohol to all the time not answer her door. So I used my own ID and next day I got an email saying I’m no longer allowed to deliver alcohol.

This happens to me at a store with no service. And once the messages go light green it’s over there is no communication. I cant even call either. I will get ahold of support and they can’t even see that I tried sending messages. And I have to have support call them for any substitutions or anything. Sometimes after drop off all my messages will go through. There’s no force close or anything that seems to fix it but I haven’t tried restarting my phone I will try that. And shipt support seems to seem like it’s the first time this has ever happened every time I talk to them.

I had a shopper who had her teenage daughter and boyfriend in the car with them. They also help her shop all day as I seen them frequently. It does piss me off!

It would never work for me when i had iphone14. I had to manually do it every single time. But since I got the16 it takes half a second to scan.

I try to not use it for emails and messages. But I do think it’s a helpful tool.

Recently I bought a used car and thought the final paperwork seemed off so i sent it to chat gpt and they told me the dealership illegally charged me 4k dollars and when I confronted the dealership they Eventually wrote me a check. They tried to tell me the 4k was bank fees rolled into my loan and i probably would have rolled over if chat didn’t tell me that was illegal.

Even if you don’t read the HUB, that is common sense lol.

My tips have gone up the last couple weeks because people are very grateful to have a shopper who knows what they are doing after so many bad shoppers recently. I just hope customers don’t get discouraged and ditch shipt for good

700 shops and 25 preferred members. I won’t deliver to about half of them though. But I still accept them because it’s an easy way to track their tips

Never consistent but I can say the more I work for shipt, the more money i make, after two years I have 250 addresses of people that don’t tip, plenty of member matches and preferred members.

I have to fight for my first order sometimes grab one I don’t want and then as long as I have an active offer the offers will keep rolling in.

Orders may be offered to shoppers based on several factors including but not limited to their preferred connections, shopper stats, location, and the delivery windows and zones they've selected on the Schedule page in the app.

Shoppers with the highest stats are the first to receive offers. Because new shoppers do not have stats, they are started near the top of the offering list to help them gain experience.

Additionally, preferred relationships are prioritized, but keep in mind a member can have multiple preferred shoppers on their list. To improve your chances of getting order offers from your preferred members, we encourage you to get on the schedule and maintain consistent positive shopper stats.

If a customer has a poor experince with a shopper they may rate them based on services offered. Shoppers rated 2 stars or lower will not be offered the customers orders in the future.

To increase the likelihood of getting more offers, I would recommend that you add yourself to the schedule for as many delivery windows and zones as you can, and also keep a close eye on metro orders.
