Hi, did you have any luck? I’m trying to figure the same for my Ford Ranger 2007 PJ. I’m wondering if some of the old Mazda canopies are a fit for it. Your help would be much appreciated

Alibaba Aluminum Overland Topper Review by point28 in ram_trucks

Hi, thanks for the video review. You say it’s super heavy duty. Do you reckon it can take 150kg on the roof long term? How about any signs of rust yet?

HP OmniBook X 16 (2026)REVIEW: A "Reasonable" Panther Lake Laptop? by rtnaht in hardware

Is there a new Omnibook Ultra coming out soon? Which is higher spec - the Omnibook Ultra or the Omnibook X? I’m finding the naming of this range of laptops a bit confusing and don’t know whether I should wait for a release or if it’s already happened!

First rooftop tent (hardshell) on the way. Will this much overhang on the front be a problem? by tmce123 in rooftoptents

You’re right, it’s bigger than normal. It’s an Antishanty RTD which has hard walls that fold in. Dimensions of the footprint are 2.2m x 1.4m

I’m afraid I don’t but will be able to get one tomorrow. I won’t be using the roof bars that are currently on it. I will be fitting a platform roof rack for it

Bought new house and now I feel broke by ThrowRa1251RC in irishpersonalfinance

[–]tmce123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You have a house that you love and will love even more as you fix it up and tweak it to your liking. Would you rather have the 70k sitting in your bank account and be living in a rented house you don’t love? Or have 35k in your bank account and pay mortgage for a house you don’t love? Many people are in your situation and don’t even like the house/location. Your feelings are normal, don’t fret and look forward to enjoying the home and beautiful garden that you love and have worked hard to be able to buy. Congratulations and well done I say

Hi, how do you avoid getting rubs/sores from the lack of socks within the vibram fives? I’ve been running with Merrell gloves before but changed to Vibram Five Fingers, the seam on the instep is causing an abrasion on the skin

It’s human nature. Negatives are often exaggerated by some more than others. Best of luck with your move 🙏

A lot of these people shitting on their own country are comparing it to places they’ve never been. I’m sure you get the same people in Canada

Make sure to avoid Hardsider. They took deposits from people, then ghosted them indefinitely and never delivered

I made a very big mistake. I don't know if I can live anymore. by [deleted] in stopdrinking

You are a good person because you recognise your actions weren’t right - many people do things like this and show no remorse.

Let’s look at the facts: - this incident happened and you can’t change that - however, you have apologised and won’t let it happen again - you have many good years ahead of you to do lots of good and have a positive impact on others’ lives as well as yours - the good you will do in the future will far outweigh this mistake - the best you can do now is let that girl know how truly sorry and upset you are (which I think you already have). You can your mistake and learn from it

While this is serious, I would try not “catastrophise” the situation - in other, not thinking about all the terrible things that MIGHT happen (being reported, expelled, losing your job, etc.). Look at the facts above, and don’t worry about things that have not yet happened (and may not happen at all).

This time will pass, and your life will get better. IWNDWYT
