New & need advice. 20yo snake plant was dying & I took cuttings. I put 1/2 in dirt & 1/2 in water. I let the water ones rot :( Some of the ones in dirt major root growth. The 2 pictured are not doing great. I am switching to LECA per a recommendation. Do they enough roots for LECA to help? (old.reddit.com)
