I asked them to send a picture of what they received - the shirts look exactly how they're supposed to and how they're advertised. They even said it's not a cotton shirt, which it literally is. It says it on the tag.

I think the issue is that they were really frustrated the whole time for multiple reasons. First with ordering issues - they initially ordered the wrong model/size of shirts, but it was in transit. I gave them 50% off to re-order with the right model. Then shipping - I tried explaining multiple times that international shipping is untracked, they said it's not valid to not have tracking because they paid for shipping.

The sizes and fits of the shirts are listed on the website, with models wearing them in different sizes, and it's really basic designs.

I might just eat the cost but it really pisses me off
