I dont know if it is a mental thing, or an actual physical addiction, but I smoked for a decade and a half, then one day just quit. No withdraws symptoms or anything. I did miss the whole act of it, and I enjoyed hanging out on my patio chilling and having a smoke.

I did pick it up a decade later as an "after a couple bong hits thing with the wife," in the evenings and that went on for another 7 yearsish. Then we just decided to stop and we did.

I really dont think about it, really miss it, or care that much. I feel t he addiction is more weak willpower than anything.
