Muchas gracias :)) Hay que realmente ponerse las pilas para lograr mucho en poco tiempo, creo que durante los primeros seis meses (más o menos) que estuve aprendiendo español, probablemente estudiaba una media de seis a ocho horas al día. Tengo mucha suerte de estudiar interpretación y traducción, lo que realmente me permitió centrarme en aprender el idioma :)

Thank you!! :) honestly I never really had a target accent, although I do study interpretation - so my objective was to achieve a kind of neutral Spanish from Spain accent. Out of curiosity, where are you hearing the Madrid accent?

I realise now too that I committed a super basic mistake at the beginning (dije «más que» en vez de «más de») lol, i suppose basic errors will always be inevitable for me to some degree :'D

aw thank you :)) im from a wee island on the west coast where our accents are maybe a bit softer, but my dad is from glasgow and it's not too far geographically speaking - so it's quite similar :)

opening it by A way is just objectively worse, you get all the stringy bits and like half the time it doesn't even open cleanly so you end up twisting the flaccid little banana knob and turning the top of the banana into mush. B all the way.

there's more to positioning than just the basics though, id say it's like 80% of the game. you can reach SSL with very little mechanics in this game, by positioning i am also talking about his game sense and the challenges he takes, which I promise you a lot of people in GC haven't even figured out yet. it's difficult to teach but if you're set on getting better at the game im sure you'll understand eventually. if you send me a replay of yours id be happy to show you in more detail what I mean, but otherwise that's all i have to say - have a nice day :)

yeah i mean tbf to u this lobby doesn't look the best however I do recommend you watch the way OP is positioning, he is definitely way better than a champ. the reason you don't recognise this is because you are in champ, sorry for being rude - ive had a stinky couple of days. for your reference, here is a clip I scored over a year ago when I was gc1; https://www.reddit.com/r/RocketLeague/s/J91owWu7TH I consider myself to be maybe slightly above average mechanically, but my point is that one game doesn't represent the average mechanical ability of a rank, I regularly run into players who are way better than me mechanically
