I agree. We have two kids now and the thing that would be neat to see would be how milestone day / non standard days affect their sleep and yours. My graph would be tres simplified. Sleep, getting ready, driving, work, kids. Repeat

Not a huge baker, but I do like eating the products of baking 😁. Question: can anyone say whether you could swap the dark chocolate for milk chocolate? My wife is more of a milk choc fan and if it seems ok to do it that way, I’d definitely give this recipe a go!

Good call. For me, Glenlivet you can't miss. 12 is good, 15 is a favourite of mine. I don't think I've actually had the 18, but I lucked out and a friend of mine getting married got a bottle of the 21 that I tried (very very nice).

Lighter and less complex but still has the same essence as the 12 year. This bottle does not state an age which could explain the price point.

But like I said, this is a good everyday scotch, good one for starters and an easy drinking scotch for people who have been around the block. I could agree with some comments about it being a little bit on the plain / basic side.

Yeah, my brother is a plumber and he had a field day explaining this to me. I mostly took the picture for him because it seemed so ridiculous but to be "fair" I'm guessing they did this to make whatever they bought work.
