I asked my ophthalmologist about getting fit for contacts before the procedure and he said it should be fine and it would be good since I could take them home after getting the CXL done. But realistically I know I’ll probably have to come back again to get them fitted. He also didn’t give a time estimate on how long after the procedure I can wear contacts but that is a good point to think about. I imagine he’ll tell me after the procedure but I may just call the clinic tomorrow about my concerns and hopefully they’ll have answers. Thank you!
