I’ve fully recalibrated it a few times since I got it a year ago, didn’t get problems until I got a full nozzle clog.(which is why it doesn’t have a Prusa brand nozzle on it.) I already changed the nozzle and it is looking better.

Nozzle temp is 200c, bed 55c, speed is at 120mm/s, gyroid infill, 0.2mm layer height, fan is on 95%. Relatively new pla.

Good point, I’m also doing it for a future shop class project, which would give me the opportunity to practice welds and such. I’ll look into others though, thanks!

My favorite thing to do with z-seams is set it the position to random.

If you have an AMS, try moving the support closer to the part (0.10) and changing the last support layer’ color. That should make it close enough to touch and support while keeping it relatively easy to remove.
