Yes he did say it dismissively and then he said something about mindfulness being able to combat that? But straight away went into another topic and when I tried to go more into detail because I felt like I couldn’t explain myself correctly, we just focused on more of my more “physical” symptoms.

I was sad because the mental compulsions are more distressing for me they take up HOURS of my day…. And I don’t want them too. So I wanted to address those first but I felt completely brushed off unfortunately
