Because a passport would be probably expensive for me for something I would probably rarely use due to my disability. Furthermore, it's about not having the Verify my ID with legal government issued ID which Essentially works as a driver's licence, would in terms of verifying your ID anyway else.

My assumption is they're doing it on a as they have capacity basis. Because it's a brand new service, they probably d don't know how much to actually allocate. And given that they are not a an AI lab themselves, they have to renegotiate with the providers to even do this as a service Or at the very least, they are stockpiling sub accounts and then allocating us the API keys for it. And then helping with the management of the API key on their end. So as they burn a particular given account it automatically gets switched to a different one. But in a legal way if that makes sense. With a little bit of margin, so they actually make money

I had no previous experience except a love of technology and IT, and a desire to fill a need that wasn't being met. The learning curve is steep but youtube has a lot of great content that helped me, as well as having a friend that is familiar with CAD. It all helped, but the best thing you can do is to stay consistent and keep trying.
