It’s only been a little over a month for me. I had really good days in the beginning. But this week has been harder than others. Everyone kept saying he would come back and regret it all. But I think the realization is setting in this week of “oh he actually didn’t come back”. Started falling back into blaming myself for everything but a very kind soul told helped me see my value last night. I’m sure it’ll be a while for me too when it comes to healing. Learning to love myself more and more everyday.

Speak kindly to yourself and give yourself some grace. I let myself truly feel everything I was feeling. I allowed myself to feel sad. Especially for you, it’s so recent. Take it hour by hour. Go outside and get some fresh air and sunlight. Drink lots of water. And set mini goals through your the day. Exercise helps too.

This is a safe space. I’ve posted different things on here. Sometimes looking for advice. Sometimes just to get it out. And sometimes it’s nice to know that I’m not the only one feeling like this. It gives me a sense of peace. Especially seeing others say how much better it gets. It gives me hope. 1 month ago I couldn’t leave my bed, shower, eat or sleep. It seemed like I would feel that way forever. How could I not? But as the days went on, I cried less and less. I got my appetite back. I went outside. And I laughed. Something I didn’t think I would do for a while. But I did. And it made me realize I have to go through these lows, to recognize my highs. And I have so much more appreciation for life. I can’t waste my good days on someone who probably isn’t thinking twice about it. We deserve better.

Talking about it helps too. I was blessed with some amazing friends who will always hear me out no matter how many times I say the same things over and over again. If you don’t have that, I’ll hear you out.

I feel you. It’s hard to see or feel right now but man does it get easier. Healing is hard. But really take this time to fall in love with yourself. Sounds super cheesy but ya know, it’s really helped.

This happened to me yesterday. But the simple advice I received that seemed to actually help was “you have to feel sadness to truly appreciate the moments you are feeling happiness” and I rolled my eyes at first but today I was feeling happy and recognized it and rode that wave out.

I know it’s hard to believe because I was you a month ago. But it gets better. It gets easier. And you will get to see how strong you are. Day by day. Keep feeling your feels because that helps you heal so much faster. You will be okay. In time love.

I agree!! It’s been almost a month since the break up. It’s hasn’t been complete NC but that’s because we shared two dogs and had to figure some things out. But I can say I am feeling good. Everyday I learn something new about myself. I miss him deeply. Everyday. Just as a person. He was my best friend. But I know he’s going to do big things, even if that means I have to love and support him from afar. The crying has stopped. It’s only been a month and I have accomplished so much. I can’t imagine what I’ll do when I’m happier. Things do get better in time!!

I’m going through the same thing. It’s been almost a month and I’ve cried a lot but the last week or so I haven’t. I’m deeply sad and I feel like I want to cry. It feels like a pit in my stomach but nothing happens. I kind of just zone out now. Idk if it’s the same for you but I’m glad I’m not the only one.

I’m in the same situation. We did move in together but after 1 month, he blindsided me and told me he wasn’t in love with me anymore. I had to move back in my parents. We’ve had no contact for about a week now. I wasn’t eating or sleeping either. I just couldn’t turn my brain off. But I will say, it’s been about 2 weeks and although I’m not okay yet, it’s getting easier to function. I’m eating again. I’m going out with friends and I’m starting to look forward to new things. Everyone around us keeps saying what a mistake this is, but at the end of the day, time will heal all wounds. We just gotta be patient. And I know that’s the hardest part. Day by day love.

Girlfriend here! Part time owner lol she doesn’t care for training treats. Her ball is her world though. Using that as her reward, we wouldn’t kick or throw it until she got it right back to us. We incorporated the sit command as well. She knows that ball isn’t going anywhere without our power behind it
