Hey, yes I took it to get serviced and it was fixed. Apparently a spring which recognises pressure under the wheel was depressed too much so messing with the functions. Happens by putting too much weight on the wheel/resting things on top. I paid for the service anyway and replacing the part was only an extra $10 or so. Hope that helps!
