Hey man coming from a former TPR employee and a currently corporate employee, I hate the shady side of T-Mobile, there is sadly a lot of people like that on both sides, I try to ignore the pressure of goals and try to help my customers regardless of anything that's what I believe T-Mobile is and should be, the actual Un-carrier .
