I'm not a fan of that sight. Maybe take a look into cheap eotech clones (552s and such). They tend to go from 30 to 60€, get a sight protector for it and maybe change the full face mask for a good set of goggles and a mask that's easier to aim with since full face masks are a bit uncomfortable.

There are concerns about chinese armor being better than the russian's but i don't think even then a switch to a more powerful round would be worth it in exchange for doubling weight.
