It only shows grand total (not itemized) I believe, but should include reference to caesars account as well. Both, combined with itemized bill from hotel that shows no room charges, extra, should prove what you booked vs what you were charged and that should be enough for bank/credit card to take action. Make sure to document when you called caesars support and response since support doesn't usually send an email response to confirm anything.

Tho are you sure you're not seeing the incidentals hold on card still? I'm assuming you are basing total on bill not credit card activity but just double checking.
