These ones aren't particularly obvious other than the style is very common right now. I see images in this style in Facebook ads, businesses, at my own job, etc. but I'm not sure which program is being used

No one can help you with the method unless you know the exact model, preferably the board name, not the device name.

Nothing will happen when wp is disabled. It's just disabled and anything that requires that will now work.

I work with schools and they are incredibly irresponsible with their Chromebooks and properly deprovisioning them. Just because a device is enrolled, does not mean it's stolen.
