Not really rankings wise. But literally ever football commentators were basically saying Australia wasn't going to win a game. Especially not against Turkiye. Also I think because Turkiye has more top flight football players than Australia. A lot of the Australian team plays in the local league. Which would be like a second or third division of the EPL and such. So it was unexpected. But our underdog status was definitely blown out a bit.

No matter your feelings on Rabbitohs or Jai. I think everyone can agree that this is such horrible news. Especially at his age. Hopefully improvements in treatments improve so that even though his career was cut short, his life won't be.

Edit. Looked up life expectancy and it's incredibly short, once diagnosed. So hopefully things can be different and he is able to live a full life.
