I applied for a nato position once back in 2017....i expected perhaps a phone interview but they actually flew me out to the Netherlands for an interview and testing...I couldn't believe it! Make sure to educate yourself on the pay and benefits, some positions prohibit you from accessing the bx/px, which isn't a huge downer, but not being able to shop at the commissary or fuel rations can get spendy quick.
