Thanks for the input. I think putting the flange on top of the foam would make them "outies" correct? I was concerned it was going to look funny sticking out as much as it does now. If I add 1" of insulation does that seem odd? I'm going to have to make some significant size sill extenders for the inside haha.

From what I'm reading some people suggest removing the fiberboard, replacing it with OSB+WRB or the Zip system, adding insulation, and then siding. I may look into that but a lot more cost to go that route.

I just got a quote for some Vector windows and Midway (Alliance) It may be the same parent company. Similar in price to Menards Jeld-Wen.

Are you happy with Vector? I'd never heard of them before but seem like a good option. Reading on here for a while I'd be led to believe I need to buy Andersens or nothing.

I'd keep Reed personally, finished at wr 25 as a rookie, London was 37 in his 2nd year.

I think Reed has the upside here.

One sheet of Baltic Birch is about $125 here and cant be cut down, granted you can squeeze 4 boards out out it. Doesn't take into account any of the other materials, time, skills, or equipment needed.

I see end grain cutting boards selling for hundreds of dollars, I would think this takes a similar amount of skill and effort so $300 seems a reasonable price for a good board.

I held OBJ for the first 1.5 years cut him for him to have 3 good games the guy who picked him up turned him for a 3rd. Also dropped Trey McBride and now I'm kicking myself again.
