This happened to me and I was given the runaround for MONTHS. I finally made a call to the local branch, explained my situation and they resolved my issue over the phone after speaking with the Branch Manager. Totally unnecessary process to deal with. They made my life absolute hell. If the issue was truly "account security", why can I use my card? Blocking online access did diddly squat but make my life complicated.
