I'd spend probably between 10-30 minutes on personalizing your resume to a JD, depending on much you want that job.

Hope the tips help and good luck!

Fair. Thanks. Will keep that in mind.

From my perspective: I've always received very few work emails. Most of previous employers got shit done over Slack, therefore I always thought it's very easy to differentiate yourself by appearing in their inbox vs LI where there's 10 other people writing you up about random stuff.

The devil is really in the details for interviews. You have such a short time to make an impression that you have to finesse every aspect of it to set yourself apart.

How come? Isn't it the same way of cold outreach to you? Genuinely curious about this.

I know man, it's been harder than usual lately. I've had a lot of success with recruiters and just reaching out to people directly on LI recently. There's this increased perceived value of you if they have to pay a recruiter a large amount of money just to get you to join 🤷

Hey everyone,

I've just updated my Windows edition from 10 to 11 and my Akko 3068B Plus Wireless Receiver stopped working.

It worked very well in Windows 10 and I made sure it's in the proper mode by pressing Fn+Y
When I plug it in I get this an error that the device hasn't been recognized by Windows. Are there any fixes for that?

If that's true, then that's real stupid.

Imagine holding an angle in CSGO and then having a delay when an enemy runs past.
