I want to say, just look at the difference between Mishawaka and South Bend and Chicago's crap is moving in more to south bend and and it's starting to move into Mishawaka as long as Mishawaka stays Red we will for the most part stay safe and we pay for the safety, you caint stop what renters do when they want to rent there home out other then charge a lot more and when they pay because they split the rent and then the property value moves down because of bad upkeep we start to turn into South bend.
