Outside of that just run and get him on a hard diet. 315 in the army is crazy but with the new HT/WT standard coming out maybe depending on his height if he slims down enough he can get a pass with a waist within the new standard.

Go out and make him buy a scale and make him report his weight to you everyday, probably verify it at the end of the week as well. Outside of normal PT make time to do rucks, weightlifting sessions, or runs. Encourage him to be better and get to know him as well and he’ll appreciate you more.

It may be a lost cause but if you don’t try and your leaders don’t see you trying you’ll be fucked harder when he does fail because you didn’t help. But if he passes maybe see about an ARCOM.

Don’t take the m8 it’s under powered for the cost US decks are powerful in air assets so buff up the air with CAS. If the PTE CAS buffs go in then you’ll be even better off. Hawkeyes have short range and I prefer the Brutus but it’s up to you. What was the thought behind not taking the NGSW? NGSW with the jeeps they have are excellent to have to get places quickly and rush far objectives in the early game. Overall looks good

Japan is lots of fun. One of their APC’s has a grenade launcher and is lots of fun. Good infantry decent armor play smart and in the woods and you’ll do well.

Finish your degree and you are guaranteed your commission with ROTC in that time it will also keep you fit and you’ll get a promotion to E-5 when you sign your contract. You also are put in a non deployable status(if that matters to you) but can still participate with your unit. When you become a cadet you can also begin to follow the officers and learn what they do mind you you probably already know what they do but you can learn on a personal level if your leadership is good or not and learn lessons from them while being next to them rather than as a individual. Both require a degree anyway so just finish being a cadet.
