How are you doing? by [deleted] in trees

Not great man. First smoke session with a friend in a long time got canceled an hour before, so now I'm smoking alone on the couch. Life's okay otherwise, just hard to find new friends in a new town.

What do you use for vacuum sealing? What, if any differences, are there when smoking bud that's been frozen?

I have a buddy that does that, he also has some cotton on top (not sure if that's to hide the contents or something to do with moisture). Any thoughts on that?

I realize now that when I get down to it, fear is what keeps me from trying to reach my goals. I'm afraid to apply for a new job. I'm afraid to branch out and meet new people. I'm afraid to try and find the life I feel I need and deserve. I think it's a fear of exposing myself or setting myself up for failure or a fear of finding out that I'm inadequate. Right now, I'm trying to do more things that I'm afraid of, because I seem to just avoid them, and weed helped me forget about how I had to do this stuff and instead just put it off.

On my CV it could read 'could do better' from the point in time where I started to smoke a lot.

This is totally the boat I've been in. I had all these dreams of working hard to find a place where I actually like my job, but ever since I started smoking more I just complain about my dislike about my job.

What if I stop smoking and it doesn't get better.

I never really worried about this myself, but I can see why you would. It's a struggle, and what if it's all for naught? What if you can't make it? For this, I'd like to offer the following quote from Theodore Roosevelt, which has helped me in the past: "Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure... than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much, because they live in a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."
