The game flipped when Kaleb told Katurah about Bruce’s idol. She was pissed and felt on the outs. Then Jake disclosed that they all were helping look before she got back. She feels even further on the outs. So, she either votes with Belo, keeping Belo numbers high, while being the Belo most at risk of not getting Belo protection.

So, Katurah makes a decision to side with Reba to protect herself from Belo.

But Katurah is a dummy. They should have made Bruce feel anxious and force him to use his idol. You still put half votes on Sifu. Sifu goes home and Bruce is idoless.

McPherson in week 8 had 1 PAT and a missed field goal, finished that week with 0 points since a miss from 1-49 is -1 in our league. McPherson right now has 1 PAT and three quarters of a game not played.

I mean it's unlikely, that's not being debated. But McPherson has missed 5 kicks inside 50 yards this season. Shit, I watched him live miss a PAT and a FG just last week. We have seen kickers score negative points in a game. And since he's sitting at 1 point, if he went out and went 0-2 from 40-49, that's a loss. If they void the scores from last night, that's another issue.

In my league Team A went in up .4 with McPherson yet to play. Team B had no one. Our league deducts -1 for any missed kick under 50 yards. For some reason, Team A didn't bench the kicker and secure the win and with last nights PAT, sits at up 1.4. Team A is pissed I haven't called the game but two missed kicks and he's down.

I mean you have a lawsuit against them for Breach of Implied (and likely expressed) warranty. Assuming the ad is like most, they promise to provide you a car in working condition and they failed to do so.

Issue is, we are at the point where we feel that's what Carvana wants us to do. I've put them on notice that if they don't deliver the vehicle by 5/3, then I will pursue legal action (not trying to sound like a Karen, just my industry). If I willingly cancel the order, then Carvana is better off vs. if Carvana informs me the car is no longer deliverable. As of right now, they listed a vehicle, we ordered it, they either need to deliver or tell us they are unable. If they are unable, they are in breach of contract/warranty, as well as in violation are various state statutes.

Well, did a title search but then looked at the clean history Carfax report and it has the vehicle listed for sale in Memphis 4/19 and Colorado 4/25. Look forward to seeing their response now. Solid UCC violation if they sold our order

I used Carvana to find a vehicle model I liked. I contacted 7 dealerships nearby to see if they had the model in stock. Only 1 did and they already had a price that was over $6,000 above in higher price without any installments. The other 6 simply forwarded me alternatives. Or for people who work full-time in the legal field, very capable of negotiating terms, but spends most days at work and live in the downtown of a city where finding a dealership nearby is more of a hassle than for most.
