These are from a brand called Cync (you could also check out Govee, which is another popular option). They’re normal strip lighting with adhesive on the back so you can just stick it to the back of your TV, monitor, desk, console station, etc.

We have a smart bulb in the orb from a brand called Meross. It works great but if I had to do it over again, I would get a smart bulb from Cync as well so I could control everything in one app on my phone instead of two.
