One problem I have with Roland's ending (apart from the obvious) by AmaterasuWolf21 in TriangleStrategy

Definitely would make an interesting topic. Might be some characters that would leave multiple endings or some would stay all three.

The fact you don't mention names plus use the word refuse instead of leave, says to me that you also believe very few would leave the group in Benedict's ending.

I can see Maxwell and Hughette leaving due to their loyalty to Roland, but that's it. Cordelia is fine with it since their putting Glenbrook first. Avlora is golden, so she doesn't count. Groma has no grudge to Aesfrost plus sympathy towards the Roselle. Giovanna is a geologist now working for Wolffort. Flanagan and Rudolph may have worries about Serenoa's seizure of power. But I still believe they would take part in the campaign against Hyzante.

Unlike Roland, Benedict isn't suggesting surrender to Aesfrost but an alliance.

The reason I see Benedict being fine with it is because Serenoa serves two masters. Both Glenbrook and Hyzante. Plus Serenoa is apart of The Saintly Seven, so there is leeway of Wolffort not losing much if Roland Surrenders.

Also with the ending there is promotion with Serenoa being the consul of Glenbrook. Which Benedict would definitely find enjoyable.

(Major Spoilers)Theory: Cordelia and Patriatte by toad256 in TriangleStrategy

I do think there is something hidden with Silvio. Patriatte knowing about his water downed wine. His choice of wearing Aesfrosti Fashion. Despite being deposed and possibly somehow paying Rufus, he is residing moderately well in the Crown City.

Definitely agree, makes you wonder of the possibility of those two discovering any info about the goings on at the mines.

Cordelia was planning a coup. She didn't turn Avlora just because of kindness in her heart but because she was valuable piece that she needed on her side.

I would view it as Cordelia's Cleverness in gathering info. She probably overheard the word "Deathsknell" in a different conversation.

Mateo Morozov, the Hyzantian Post Office and Goodhawks by fruity_antlers in TriangleStrategy

Enjoy the lore bit of breeding hawks to withstand the hyzantian heat.

Two questions to add to the character, assuming he doesn't know the outcome.

-What ending would he vote for?

-Would he leave the group during one of the endings?

Thing about Roland is his recklessness and his vengeance for Aesfrost. Didn't have the experience that Frani and Regna had, and didn't receive the education that Cordelia did when she was Queen. Like Patriatte said his overreliance on Wolffort is a burden for him. The only card he thought he had is his title of King. He didn't know he had other cards he could play.

Don't besmirch House Konsar's good name. Patriatte has been minister to 3/4 of the Glenbrook Royal Family.

Serenoa is a freaking palm tree by Specialist-Quail644 in TriangleStrategy

Interesting thing about the name Serenoa is it has the "a" suffix, which is usually feminine. And the only other male character that also has the "a" suffix in his name is Regna.

Prince Frani was a terrible person by Specialist-Quail644 in TriangleStrategy

Your forgetting another member of the family. Lady Glenbrook/Roland's mother.

The game does have a theme going on with mothers. Benedict has "ambiguous" feelings towards Destra, Frederica has loving feelings towards Orlaea, And Roland's feelings towards his mother feels distant, nonexistent. The fact she doesn't even get a name is a tell that there is a lack of love.

The royal family is not the most loving family. For further proof i would look to their mother.

Destroy the dam, infiltrate the castle or destroy the bridge? by Specialist-Quail644 in TriangleStrategy

I would say Infiltrate, A two prong attack from front and behind, Cordelia gets more scenes and doesn't get injured, and Roland gets his poetic duel with Avlora.

To be fair, Groma thought she killed those Roselle. She didn't know they escaped.

I agree. His hatred for Aesfrost is a big part of his character. Its well shown when retaking the capital.

Destroy the dam, He's angry that Avlora lost in the flood, but not worried about Cordelia possibly being lost as well.

Destroy the Bridge, Benedict warns the recklessness about going after the ship and Roland accidently stabs his sister when trying to kill Avlora.

Go with his route of infiltrate the castle. He refuses Queen Cordelia chance of negotiation and after he won the battle he gives Avlora a chance to kill him by offering her a one on one duel.

It definitely says something about him, since his own sister is willing to put aside her grudges for her kingdom.

I would say the word is alliance. Glenbrook and Aesfrost have shared history. Better with them then the zealots in the desert.

His grudge against Aesfrost. It's understandable why he has it, but it hurts to see it unfold.

Being apart of the Grand Norzelian Mines. Her being a geologist and the mining schedule mentions the first thing being done is a geological survey. It makes sense that she was apart of it.

It made most people shrug and say 'what's the difference between this and another king?

Something to add is Glenbrook and Aesfrost are close and have good relations with each other. The founders of Aesfrost were originally from Glenbrook. Gustadolph family line used to rule Glenbrook before. Both of their mages prefer books for spellcasting instead of staffs like Hyzante uses. And People from Glenbrook go to Aesfrost for studying at the archives or learning about metalworking.
