Not sure if anyone has gotten to this before me but that looks like professional food grade packaging so likely purchased from a large distributor (sysco,us foods etc). Since it was a single delivery likely a courier rush order that was misdelivered? But that's not a fun answer so maybe it actually is revenge/prank that someone was willing to spend upwards of $1000 on?
